DESIGN & DRAFTING: Al Ashhab operates as a prime contractor and also as a reliable and
user friendly major subcontractor on build only contracts or design and build contracts. The
company has available, in-house, both fully equipped manual drafting facilities and full
equipped CAD facilities, with the requisite draftsmen to further enhance the Company’s
capabilities in this regard.
The Company is capable of carrying out all kind of MEP designs, procurement and installation
work, testing and commissioning including maintenance. The company has completed many
projects during past 10 years in relation with Air-conditioning & Ventilation Systems,
Electrical & Low Current Systems and Wet Services such as Plumbing, Drainage and Fire-
Fighting Systems along with fire alarms system backed by the wealth of skilled technical staff
